The Bravera Health Network, including Bravera Health Brooksville, Bravera Health Spring Hill and Bravera Health Seven Rivers, including physician clinics and outpatient services, are now part of Tampa General Hospital. TGH Brooksville, TGH Spring Hill and TGH Crystal River make up our TGH North division.

If you’re a patient of our TGH North hospitals (TGH Brooksville, TGH Spring Hill and TGH Crystal River), MyHealthHome is a patient portal to keep you informed about your care and what you need to do to stay healthy.
Through MyHealthHome, you can:
- Keep track of acute care medications and procedures
- Obtain lab and radiology results
- See care summaries
- View your discharge care plans
- Receive important notifications
- Share your information with caregivers and other providers

Patient Portal for Tampa General Medical Group (formerly Bravera Health Medical Group)
Tampa General Medical Group now has offices and providers in Citrus and Hernando counties. To access your online medical records for services rendered by on 12/01/2023 or later, click here.
If you require online access to medical records for services delivered by a Bravera Health Medical Group Provider prior to 12/01/2023, please follow these instructions.
- Go to www.athenahealth.com.
- Click Patient Login at the top right of the page.
- Click Find Your Portal.
- Enter email and password for your previous Athena Health portal account.
- Any Athena Health portal for which you are registered will display.
- Choose the correct practice and log in as normal.
